Refund & Digital Products Policy

Effective date: September 27, 2026

This policy applies to purchases made directly from The House Turned Home unless a product page or checkout presents different terms.

Digital Products

Because digital files can generally be accessed or downloaded immediately, digital-product sales may be nonrefundable after delivery or access, except where required by law or where the file is materially defective, inaccessible, duplicated in error, or not the product purchased.

Technical Problems

If you cannot access a purchased file, contact us through the Contact page with the order information and a description of the problem so we can attempt to resolve it.

Personal-Use License

Unless a product states otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives the purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal household use. Files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to shared libraries, posted publicly, copied for unrelated households, or used to create competing commercial products.

Homeschool Use

Unless otherwise stated, homeschool printables and curriculum purchased for personal use may be used within the purchaser’s own household. Co-ops, classrooms, schools, tutoring businesses, group programs, and organizations may require a separate license.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered in the future, the applicable product page or checkout will state shipping, return, exchange, and damaged-item terms. Those product-specific terms will control for that purchase.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first if you believe a billing or delivery problem has occurred so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it. This does not limit any rights you may have through your payment provider or applicable law.
